FAQ


You may follow the steps below: 

1. Download Juiker App first on your smart phone and complete the log in procedure; website for download is: https://tw.juiker.net/us/download

2. Set up the password for Juiker Widget using Juiker App on your mobile phone, please go to Juiker 【Other】>【Privacy】>【Set Password for Juiker Widget】.

3. Computer is connected to https://tw.juiker.net/us/downloadfor the download, install Juiker Widget following the steps.

4. Enter mobile number and the password.

5. Enter verification code to log in.

Please set the password using a combination of 8-20 characters of English letters and numerical numbers with distinguishable capitals and lower-cases

If you forgot the password for Juiker Widget, please reset your password using Juiker App on your mobile phone; if you would like to change the password for your Juiker Widget, please operate following the steps below: 

1. Please go to mobile phone’s Juiker App 【Other】>【Privacy】>【Set Password for Juiker Widget】.

2. After setting the password using the App in the mobile phone, go back to the computer, and enter the password to log

This is one of the measures to strengthen the usage safety for Juiker Widget, ensuring those with bad intentions from logging in to your account. When you log in to Juiker Widget on your computer for the first time and every 14 days, Juiker will send a set of verification code to your mobile phone’s Juiker App, please enter this set of verification code to the verification screen on your computer within 5 minutes.

1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Users & Groups.

2. Select your user account, then click Login Items at the top of the window.

3. Add a login item: Click the Add button  below the list of items, select 【Juiker Widget】, then click Add.

If you wish for automatic log in when logging in to Juiker Widget every time, you may select the option of 【Log in when Juiker Starts】 on the log-in screen.

Please select Juiker Widget’s 【Other】 and then select 【Log Out】.

Juiker Widget will log out automatically during the following circumstances: 

1. You have logged in to Juiker Widget on other computer at the same time.

2. You have changed the password for Juiker Widget on the page of Juiker App【Other】>【Privacy Settings】>【Set Password for the Juiker Widget】.

3. You have deleted Juiker account.

4. Your mobile phone’s Juiker account is logging in again with re-verification.

5. Your computer is unable to connect to the network.

6. The restriction setting (firewall) of the network for the region you are in does not support instant messaging software; please contact your network company / information personnel, or inquire to the organization which your network connection belongs to.

In order to enhance the usage safety, the same mobile number can only be used to log in one computer; once the same mobile number has been detected for log in on the second computer, Juiker on the first computer will be logged out automatically.

Install beta version for Mac:

You can simply download the latest version of Juiker App, and start to use the specific Juiker version installed in Mac OS X 10.10 or later.

In order to make sure that the user logged in to Juiker Widget is the same as the mobile phone to protect the data from leaking out, thus when the user is using Juiker Widget, he/she must complete downloading Juiker and log in on his/her smart phone.

We are very sorry, but Juiker currently only supports smart phones and not tablets.

- Juiker Gold Membership

1. Under network connection condition, one may make free Juiker calls and send free  Juiker Messages to Juiker members

2. Under network connection condition, one may make free calls to the extension numbers of the company via Juiker.

3. It may intelligently calculate the estimated rate for calling the contacts in order to select the best communication approach.

4. One may still receive calls from Juiker members even when offline.

5. Gold Membership is restricted for the application by Juiker enterprise members

** Juiker reserves the verification rights to adjust.

 - Juiker Silver Membership

1. Make free internet calls to Juiker members.

2. Connect Juiker desktop computer for Juiker IP Phone or for Juiker enterprise members; this number may be used to communicate with Juiker users via IP phones.

- Juiker Green Membership

1. Under network connection condition, one may make free internet calls and send instant messages to Juiker members; the system can intelligently calculate the estimated rate for calling the contacts in order for you to select the best communication approach.

- Available for international call

represents the contact person who does not own Juiker App, still can be reachable via Juiker Free call.

**Free international calling is a time limited promotion. Juiker reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer.

** Free Juiker calls is limited in domestic. You will be charged from your telecom when roaming.

Juiker Gold Membership is currently only available for application by enterprise members, who will immediately own the rights of Juiker Gold Membership once the verification has been approved (Juiker reserves the verification rights; please refer to 【Membership Rights】 on Juiker’s official website for Gold Membership rights.)

Please proceed with the application at the Enterprise Section on Juiker’s official website https://www.juiker.tw/enterprise. We will have personnel contacting you when we have received your application. Since each enterprise client features different conditions, we will have dedicated personnel to assist you in the evaluation and implementation for your company’s individual case.

Juiker’s data protection system provides not only privacy code for Settings, but further follows the safety protection techniques of internet banking, providing safe messages as well as voice coding system for intranet calls, offering more guarantee to your privacy and keeping the important personal data as well as Messages from leaking out!

The steps for setting up group on Juiker Widget are as follows:

Enter【Contacts】 page, choose target / group icon and click 【Create New Group】. Click the member you want to invite and must provide a group name to set up.

1. Select the group desired to be changed from the “Group” list.

2. Click options at the top of the chat window and click【Edit the Group】.

3. Click pencil icon to edit and click v to save the name.

3. Click camera icon to edit.

You may begin to send messages to and chat with users in your address book who have downloaded Juiker in the following two approaches:

After entering the 【Contacts】 page, click the left button of the mouse on target / group you desire to send messages to, then select the message icon to send messages and chat with the other side.

Please go to Juiker Widget’s【Settings】> 【Chat Font】> to adjust the font size for the messages.

To save chat history:

1. Open the chatroom you want to save

2. Click options at the top of the chat window and click Save history

Please move the chat room scroll to the top of the dialogue box, and the message content from earlier period will be displayed automatically.

You can delete individual messages, conversations, and files. Deleted messages are permanently deleted from your device.

To delete a message or photo:

1. Open the chatroom you want to delete.

2. Click options at the top of the chat window and click Delete history.

You can also delete a conversation from chatroom list.

1. Select the chatroom you want to delete.

2. Click the right button of the mouse and click Delete history

The maximum allowed file size is 300 MB and the transmission speed will be restricted according to the user’s network bandwidth.

  • Photos: JPG and PNG formats.
  • Videos: mp4
  • Documents: Word, PPT, Excel, PDF and compressed files

We are very sorry, but Juiker Widget does not provide the function to share location at the present.

The addition, deletion and editing of contacts may only be operated on the mobile phone’s Juiker App.

The name of the contact in the address book may only be changed in the mobile phone‘s Juiker App.

You may set the message reminder approach according to the following steps:

1. Enter 【Other】 page, select 【Settings】.

2. Tick or un-tick the options of “Notifications”.

You may also turn on/off for individual chatroom.

1. Open the chatroom you want to turn on/off notification.

2. Click options at the top of the chat window and Notification on/off.

You may begin to call with users in your address book via Free Call or Saving Call(option). 

After entering the 【Contacts】 page, click the left button of the mouse on target you desire to call to and then select the [mic icon]. You may make call via Juiker Free Call or saving call.

You may also click on [dial pad] in left-hand toolbar, and input the number you would like to call via Juiker Free Call or saving call.

Click on the [mic icon] icon to look up your call history. To make a call, click on the [mic icon] in the upper right corner of the main window to make a call.
